Memberships provide significant savings. Fitness S.O.S. is a holistic health and wellness center dedicated to enhancing your health and wellbeing. Our memberships offer luxury services and training at a fraction of the cost of a typical athletic club. One of the benefits of membership is priority booking, as we understand the importance of maintaining a routine. Additionally, we offer member sponsorships for individuals who may not be able to afford a monthly membership but wish to prioritize their health and become part of our community.
Building Location & Entrances
The Fitness S.O.S. Barn is located in the Historic District in Folsom, CA. The parking lot for the studio is located on the corner of Scott Street and Riley Street, and the building rests between the PowerHouse Nightclub and the Sutter Street Steakhouse (below Plank Restaurant).
The Building has two entrances: The main entrance (Studio One) is on the side of the building facing the Powerhouse Nightclub (South) and the other entrance (Spin & temporarily Pilates Reformer PT) faces the parking lot (West).
Silver Sneakers
As of 2/8/2025 we are in the process of establishing our relationship with Silver Sneakers. If you have any questions about the classes and programs we will offer, please contact Liz @ 916-500-4248. If you or someone you know is in urgent need of Senior related Fitness, Health, Rehabilitation, or a special program or training prior to our establishment with Silver Sneakers contact the studio, let us know what's going on and we will accommodate at low or no cost.
